Perfect place to stay for a little getaway! My partner and I had the best little trip away from our normal lives. Highly recommend staying here and definitely planning on staying here again next time we come to Provo!

We’d enjoy staying here again. It is a lovely, comfortable space for 2 people. Things we especially appreciated were: location - it is across the street from Smith’s Grocery store, but very quiet; plenty of parking in the parking lot; king-sized bed; nice, spacious closet; lots of natural light; and single level living. Tyler was also a great host. We will try to stay here again when in the area.

This is my preferred property for visits to Provo. Pleasant space in a quiet area with a Smith's grocery nearby. Only thing is, if you're light sensitive or a light sleeper like me, bring a sleep mask. Bright lights illuminate the driveway just outside the bedroom all night.

This location really can't be beat if you are looking for something within walking distance of downtown or BYU. There is also a Smith's grocery store across the street which is very convenient for grabbing groceries after you arrive; it is literally across the street and does not require a vehicle. The apartment was perfect for me, my my wife, and our daughter. The apartment has all the amenities we wanted and needed. I appreciated the Keurig and a large selection of K-cups and also tea bags and packets of sweeteners. They also have a wide variety of spices, salt and pepper, and olive oil. The linens really stand out with how exceptionally soft they are. The king sized mattress in the bedroom is very comfortable and stocked with plenty of pillow. The pull-out couch is easy to operate and also pretty comfortable for a pull-out. We will definitely consider this apartment for future trips to Provo.

It's rare to find an experience this considerate, caring, and responsive, and one that meets the expectations for the stay, but Tyler provided all of that, and more, by opening up this wonderful space to us. We were looking for something close to the Film Festival that we were attending, and felt that we had found a fantastic place and location. Little did we know how perfect it would be and how gracious a host that Tyler was. We are already looking forward to staying there next year during the same festival. A true "home away from home."
